As the Sr. Manager, Shipwide Entertainment and Character Operations for reputed company Cruise Line, you will play an essential part in the day-to-day delivery of entertainment experiences by leading, collaborating and empowering leaders at reputed company Cruise Line and other reputed company Signature Experiences partners to deliver and sustain the best entertainment experiences in the world. As the primary change agent for Shipwide Entertainment and Character Operations, take calculated risks to integrate processes, remove barriers for your teams and align team performance goals. Influence key partners and Crew/Cast to ensure execution of the strategic plans. Serve as functional subject matter expertise to shore and shipboard leadership.
