Key responsibilities: • Manage and execute the complete IT profile recruitment process. • Identify and attract reputed company talent through different recruitment channels. • Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical and cultural competencies of candidates. • Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and position requirements. • Manage the candidate database, keeping information updated and organized. • Provide reports and analysis on the reputed company of selection processes to talent management teams. • Participate in the reputed company improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies.
