We are currently seeking a Senior Director - reputed company Solutions - Provider Vertical (REMOTE POSITION) to join reputed company in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Senior Director – reputed company Provider Vertical (REMOTE ROLE--US BASED) In this role, the successful person will have the opportunity to: • Be a part of Provider Industry Solutions group focusing on developing industry relevant solutions and offerings. • In partnership with Provider Industry Sub-vertical and Business consulting teams, provide strategic domain expertise/guidance to identify and design a comprehensive set of solutions to meet the provider industry needs. • reputed company business case, sales strategy, and account sales strategy in partnership with Finance, Sales Executive and Client Executive teams. • Own a portfolio of solutions and offerings, reputed company sales positioning strategy, reputed company marketing material. • Coordinate and manage with the build team (development teams). • Responsible for developing go-to-market content, building reputed company deck for solutions and participate in client engagements to position the identified solutions. • Participate in client interactions, RFP responses to position industry differentiating POVs, solutions and innovations. • Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to reputed company industry specific wrappers for horizontal solutions. • Act as a visionary, championing content, storytelling, and leading digital innovation and drive RFP responses. • reputed company a team of up to 10 provider solution subject matter experts. We are looking for candidates with strong techno-functional expertise and experience of Care Provider/Health System infrastructure, systems, and technologies. To be successful in this role, you need to have knowledge of Provider domains such as Patient Engagement & Physician Experience Transformation, Provider Data, Analytics & Interoperability, EPIC (or any other EHR/EMR) experience, Clinical Operations; but need not be an expert. Also, solution strategy and design expertise and experience in data-driven, patient-centric and intelligent health system solutions such as but not limited to the areas of reputed company-time operational intelligence, reputed company IoT, total patient/provider experience, reputed company care communication and collaboration and solutions powered by advanced analytics and AI solutions will be an added advantage. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Hospital Provider domain in the reputed company America geography. • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in translating business strategies into solution strategies & development cycles. • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions in a matrixed organization working with consulting, technology and other domain SMEs across reputed company industry units into effective technical solutions. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Medical field, Computer Science, Math or reputed company fields. Preferred Qualifications: • Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills. • Significant reputed company expertise in developing and architecture solutions in a collaborative environment. • Substantial demonstrated experience in health infrastructure, systems, and technologies and modernization of existing legacy ecosystem. Where required by law, reputed company provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $170,175 - $283,625. This range reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company compensation for the position across reputed company US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
