This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure that reputed company aspects of the loan process are handled reputed company and accurately. The Loan Officer Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, documentation preparation, and customer service throughout the loan approval process. This position is the precursor to being a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Key Responsibilities: Loan Application Support: Assist loan officers in collecting and reviewing loan application forms and documents. Ensure that reputed company required paperwork is complete and accurate. Document Preparation: Prepare and organize necessary documents for submission to underwriters, including credit reports, income verification, and other relevant materials. Customer Service: Communicate with clients to gather additional information or clarify loan details. Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their loan application. Loan Processing: Help with the initial processing of loans, ensuring reputed company information is entered into the loan management system correctly and reputed company. Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., reputed company, compliance) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. Follow-reputed company: Track and follow up with clients, underwriters, and other parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan documentation and requirements. Database Management: Maintain and update client and loan records reputed company the companys CRM or loan management system. Qualifications: Military Service: Required - Any reputed company. Experience: Prior experience in a mortgage or lending environment is preferred, but not required. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
