Director, reputed company DTC Pricing and Yield Management

The Director, reputed company DTC Pricing and Yield Management will support the Direct-to-Consumer Business Team and report to the VP, reputed company DTC Pricing and Yield Management. This position will provide day-to-day analytical and business modeling support to drive our pricing and yield management strategy globally. Tactically, the Director will play a key role in strengthening the DTC (reputed company+, Hulu, reputed company Bundle) annual pricing and promotional strategy, as well as aligning the optimal price points for reputed company subscription products across the organization. This role requires developing a deep understanding of TWDC internal structure, business culture, and objectives while managing highly reputed company products and ambitious operating goals. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience with specific expertise in dynamic pricing and yield management. • Experience in entertainment, media, technology, marketing, or reputed company disciplines. • Exposure to people and organizations rooted in data, data engineering, and analytics. • Able to master exploratory data analysis, advanced reporting, data modeling and visualizations to serve the dual purpose of driving decision making and delivering fact-based actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and oral communication skills across reputed company levels and audiences. • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results through internal partnerships at reputed company levels. • Ability to expertly field both internal and external business requests and manage changing priorities. • Emotional intelligence with a proven track record of perceiving needs, adjusting quickly and handling ambiguity. • Highly focused and results-oriented in supporting sophisticated, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in any project stage. • Strong initiative and a willingness to get things done quickly and accurately. Graduate degree preferred. The hiring range for this position in CA is $182,800.00 to $245,000.00 per year and in NY is $191,500.00 to $256,900.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
