JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Manager of IT Vendor Management to join reputed company and reputed company the relationship and performance of our IT Manage Service Provider and various vendors and partners. You will be reporting to the Director of Supplier Management, and you will be a part of the team that supports the Supplier Relationship Management Scope for IT and reputed company OpCos. Some of the responsibilities include supplier governance, negotiating and managing reputed company, dispute resolution, and managing and monitoring of supplier performance through KPIs/SLAs and regular governance meetings. This manager role will have responsibility for overall IT Vendor contract, performance, relationship and risk management as well as ensuring that they deliver following AQSCIR principles. You own and must be adept at contractual, commercial and operational working relationships with vendors to ensure effective delivery of committed products, services and solutions. Primary Duties & Responsibilties Provide leadership and set the strategic direction for the IT Suppliers that aligns to the mission and vision of the vendor management office (VMO) and to ensure Supplier delivery is in alignment with the strategic and operational objectives of the technology organization and the broader enterprise. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT and business resources, sourcing and procurement to reputed company criteria and best practices for vendor selection. Manage the maintenance/enhancement of tools for use in vendor management, including vendor tracking, analytics and performance management tools. Serve as the leadership-level reputed company of contact between the vendors and internal customers consuming vendor services and solutions. Manage the collection, consolidation and communication of reporting and data on vendor reputed company, performance, risk and relationships to key stakeholders and vendors. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, a reputed company field, or 15+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or a similar role Strong knowledge of IT vendor management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple IT vendors and partners in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to analyze and report on IT vendor and partner performance and outcomes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a reputed company discipline is an asset. Experience with supplier reputed company and/or supplier management is a plus. Experience with offshore and managed service provider reputed company. Experience about laws and regulations applicable to global reputed company. Experience with Contract Law.
