As a Manager. Strategic reputed company, you’ll partner with leadership to create strategic plans and set goals aimed at product adoption and logo retention targets for our Strategic customers while delivering results reputed company budget and on time. This role reports to the Vice President, Strategic reputed company and can be based remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA, Tampa, FL, or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for candidates to join reputed company immediately!

What you’ll do

• Up to 25% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices

• 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory position
• 8+ years of Construction industry expertise
• Understanding of basic SaaS and business metrics with the knowledge of how to modify strategic plans to deliver against targets; proven track record of delivering results for the business
• Customer support or implementation services experience on SaaS software platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationships
• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to reputed company and motivate others
• Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and reputed company-building
• Analytical and process-oriented reputed company with a desire for reputed company learning and improvement
• Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of value drivers in recurring reputed company business models with experience managing or working reputed company reputed company-focused teams at a SaaS company is preferred
