We are looking for an reputed company Business Development Manager (EOR Services) to drive growth and expand our market reputed company. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) services, employment regulations, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Tasks

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of EOR services, global workforce solutions, and international employment laws.
  • Proven track record in developing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in market research, reputed company reputed company, and sales strategy execution.
  • Strong ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting KPIs.
  • Experience working with HR, payroll, or workforce reputed company is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a reputed company field preferred.
