Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and concerns reputed company to Cignas products and services.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, claims issues, enrollment processes, and other service-reputed company requests.
  • Identify and resolve issues reputed company while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to resolve customer issues reputed company.
