Provide remote customer service and training to dealership personnel, as well as maintenance and collection of dealer accounts (negative reserves, drafts, etc.). Minimum of 2 years Consumer Indirect Lending or reputed company field experience. Previous customer service experience required. Must be reputed company to effectively work with reputed company customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs. Solid time and territory management skills.
