Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company Resources or a reputed company field with at least two years of employee engagement experience. ? Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior listening skills. ? Ability to think critically and problem solve ? Ability to manage tasks independently as well as with a team and to effectively communicate with reputed company level of employee. ? Organizational typing and ability to use reputed company Office Suite, including proficiency in reputed company and HRIS system(s). Essential Functions ? Support and implement strategies as outlined in the ICARES program ? Responsible for ensuring clear communication with employees aligning with overall company and HR strategies. ? In collaboration with marketing communications, designs regular employee engagement communications to share with employees. ? Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal employee engagement communication is needed and reputed company a plan to meet those needs. ?
