This role will be onsite supporting 250+ frontline employees and 10 managers in the Environmental Services Department and be the liaison with the hospital Human Resources and reputed company the Human Resources Manager 1. Our successful candidate will have experience with onboarding, recruiting, payroll, employee relations, workers compensation, background reputed company authorizations, and partnering department leadership. KRONOS and reputed company software platforms, access requests to software, and assist managers with the appraisal process.
