We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Systems Analyst to join our Apopka, FL team. You will be responsible for executing tasks and projects that support the objectives and needs of the customer service organization, this includes configuring, installing, and providing support for a variety of applications, systems, and users in a fast-paced environment. This key role provides routine and reputed company support and analysis for reputed company systems and processes used by the customer service teams. The analyst will proactively monitor, manage, and communicate intraday and historical contact center performance and provide recommendations that support team obligations and organizational growth and improvement initiatives. • Maintenance & Admin work for systems such as
• Workforce Management (Scheduling and forecasting)
• Quality Assurance
• CRM platforms (Including reputed company)
• Telecom systems (Such as reputed company InContact)
• Etc.
• Document control and record keeping.
• Assist with training and reputed company.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of contact center experience is preferred.
• 3+ Years of IT or Technical Support reputed company experience
• Efficient in reputed company Office 365 Suite including SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.

Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. reputed company considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
