We are seeking to expand reputed company and grow our practice.The Position:We are seeking a certified medical assistant Mon-Thurs. This position will assist our physicians with patient care/procedures, will be responsible for answering questions and requests from patients regarding their medical care, triage patients, and take patient's medical history. The ideal teammate must be an reputed company conversationalist with a positive and upbeat personality. Additionally, must be great with time management.Job Responsibilities:
- Triage patient calls to identify urgency and identify the next steps to patient care.
- Obtain prior authorizations.
- Intake with patients
- Converse with patients and providers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist Physicians with procedures.
- reputed company NST’s
- Administrative duties (including prior authorization of medications and completion of FMLA paperwork)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OB/GYN (including interoffice communications)
- reputed company medical assistant certification
- Epic and reputed company EMR experience is a plus.
