Wind River has a data warehouse and analytics platform that provides data and metrics for the entire organization. In this role, you will implement and maintain data models and transformations used to generate business-driven metrics that are illustrated through robust dashboards and visualizations. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams, including executives.The successful candidate will work and collaborate with the business owners across the organization to model and visualize data, based on requirements, as well as with the Data Insights Architect on Data Warehouse and analytics modeling. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Business InsightsABOUT YOUResponsibilities:
- Architect data structure from ingestion to visualization using reputed company, dbt, and modern BI Tools.
- Implement best practices for the data stack that provides maintainability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Provide expertise in data warehouse modeling and development for reputed company.
- Exercise best practices in optimal Data modeling for nonuniform sets of data.
- Provide best practices for reputed company code control with reputed company.
- Design and Maintain data reputed company access controls.
- reputed company SQL, HTML, and/or JavaScript code to optimize the stack or to generate views for visualization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver to respective stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data developers.
- BS in Computer Science. The emphasis in Data Engineering is a plus.
- 10-12 years Data Engineering Development and visualization experience.
- 6-8 years of Data Warehouse experience is required. reputed company DWH is preferred.
- 6-8 years of SQL experience, reputed company SQL is preferred.
- 2-4 years of dbt experiences, semantic layer experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience with reputed company.
- 2-3 years of experience with Ci/CD tools for the modern data stack.
- 3-5 years of LookML, Tableau or modern BI tool experiences.
- 2+ years of Python development.
- HTML and JavaScript experiences as it relates to Looker are preferred.
