You are eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the reputed company at 7.5% of your annual earnings; terms and conditions apply.Systems Engineer II – Remote, USAThe Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, IAM platforms, Active Directory, and associated hardware/software components. This role includes a strong focus on Identity and Access Management systems to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management and access control across the organization.Essential Functions

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, including Windows, Linux (Rocky, CentOS, OracleLinux, openSUSE), and reputed company-based platforms like AWS
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and reputed company EC2
• Support and troubleshoot applications, including deployment, patching, and updates
• Participate in monitoring activities using tools like InsightIDR, reputed company, and Cloudwatch
• Manage and maintain IAM platforms such as reputed company and CyberArk, focusing on workflows, policies, and user lifecycle management
• Implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning processes and integrate IAM solutions with various applications
• Configure and manage access policies, roles, and authentication protocols across platforms
• Manage Active Directory domain and GPO
• Ensure reputed company IAM and platform configurations adhere to reputed company policies, regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR), Least Privilege access model and audit requirements
• Research and evaluate new reputed company technologies to drive reputed company improvement
• Work closely with managed service partners, internal teams, and business stakeholders to ensure services align with organizational goals
• Document procedures, configurations, and technical knowledge for knowledge transfer and compliance purposes
• Participate in system health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for IT systems
• Provide 24x7 operational support for IT platforms, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company, CyberArk, Active Directory and associated IAM platforms
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and industry standards
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, PS, Terraform) for automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, including the ability to interact with technical and executive audiences
• Proven ability to build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
• Ability to manage and deliver reputed company projects with significant organizational impact

Preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, reputed company Certified Professional)
• Knowledge of IT reputed company frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
