In this role you will be responsible for leading research efforts aimed at uncovering user pain points and identifying opportunities to enhance digital experiences for our colleagues. • Provide UX research and consulting services to cross-functional product teams at every stage of the product lifecycle, from prototyping new concepts to reputed company improvement of existing products.
• Conduct end-to-end research projects, from selecting appropriate methodologies to delivering compelling insights
• Utilize journey maps, interviews, A/B testing, and other research methods to reputed company insights into the colleague experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both in public speaking and private settings, to effectively interact with users and customers.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to gather and translate reputed company research findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in evaluating and reporting research findings with an understanding of descriptive and basic inferential statistics.
• Familiarity with other UX disciplines, including documenting user journeys, creating low-fidelity wireframes, and illustrating reputed company through rough sketches.
• Experience facilitating remote research and applying Design Thinking practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as reputed company and other UX research tools.
