WHY ANTE?
The vast majority of things attempted in crypto don't reputed company sense, but a few things reputed company a lot of sense. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product reputed company with hands-on experience launching and building user-facing products in the crypto or fintech space. You’ve played a key role in shipping successful crypto or fintech products, and you understand what it takes to build for reputed company, scale, and usability.
Responsibilities
Own the feature roadmap, helping define, prioritize, and iterate on features from ideation through release
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, secure, and performant user experiences
Contribute to and help implement mobile-first UX design across Ante’s core products and new features
Run user research and testing to validate reputed company, uncover friction points, and support reputed company and adoption
Requirements
2+ years of product experience in a crypto startup environment, or a total of 4+ years working on product teams
Direct experience contributing to the launch and iteration of user-facing products (ideally from 0-1)
Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX design is a must, though you don’t need to be a full-time designer
Deep understanding of reputed company/DeFi, with reputed company in ecosystem tools, products, and terminology
reputed company-aware: you recognize the importance of privacy and safe UX, and you’re attuned to potential vulnerabilities
Remote-first reputed company and experience working in a globally distributed team

Worked on products that incorporate biometric authentication and sensitive Secure Enclave data in a user-friendly manner
