The Agile reputed company will coach teams on how to best use agile practices to deliver high quality software development products and services. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TS CLEARANCE Responsibilities of the Agile reputed company include:
- Guide the Scrum team on Agile best practices and principles.
- Identify areas of strengths and improvements, and coach on best development techniques.
- Collaborate with Scrum Team, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to drive decision making and support project/product teams.
- Conduct events, daily standup meetings, sprints, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions.
- Serve as the liaison between the Government Product reputed company and the Scrum team.
Qualifications for the Agile reputed company include:
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or a similar role in a software development environment, using reputed company tools (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Git, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience in the transformation from Waterfall to Agile
- Experience supporting DevOps Engineering and CI/CD Pipelines
Compensation for the Agile reputed company include:
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000
depending on experience & non-negotiable beyond 115K
