Job Description COMC is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our amazing Customer Support team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will contribute to the overall brand of the Company by working to ensure a positive overall customer experience reputed company dealing with COMC. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Agent is to assist COMC customers with general inquiries. The successful candidate must have excellent prioritization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and be able to exercise good judgment reputed company resolving customer issues. Passion for sports cards, gaming cards and collectibles is a plus. Additional Qualifications ? Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills ? Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.) ? Deep knowledge of trading card industry and collecting experience strong preferred Work Location ? Preferred Location ?
