Position Summary As the Healthcare Solutions, Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for reputed company Pharmacy, you will serve as the strategic reputed company for a Book of Business primarily composed of, but not limited to national and regional health plans and Medicaid clients across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining these health plan relationships through the development and execution of a tailored strategy which leverages reputed company Pharmacy's value proposition to meet both the Health Plans' and our Corporate goals. This individual will report to the Director of Healthcare Solutions Sales and will have direct interaction with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of cumulative experience in the PBM, health plan, pharmacy, or reputed company healthcare field with a focus on account ownership and strategy. • Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company. • Must possess a valid and reputed company driver's license. • Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured. • Must be able to travel up to 20%. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree • 8+ years of cumulative experience in the PBM, health plan, pharmacy, or reputed company healthcare field with a focus on account ownership and strategy. • Knowledge of the reputed company healthcare landscape • Strong understanding of pharmacy landscape - cost drivers, key issues, and opportunities • Strong understanding of Health Plan Payors and specific lines of business - Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, Exchanges • Knowledge of quality standards including Medicare Stars and HEDIS • Strong communication skills both written and verbal - individual needs to be comfortable presenting to Senior Executives, Subject Matter Experts, Pharmacy and Medical Directors • Proficiency with reputed company Office including PowerPoint, reputed company, Word etc. Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
