Manager – Solution Engineering US Role purpose As a Manager – Solution Engineering you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes of different Business Analysis teams. This teams act as a link between the Development Team and Product Management Team / Customers gathering functional requirements and translating them to technical requirements for the development and implementation of new products and enhancement of existing products. Duties & Responsibilities: Facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, hiring and on-boarding Analysts and ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation. Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering. Monitor service requests and project reputed company. Establish standards for Business Analysis, including methodologies, metrics, requirements and tools. Knowledge, Experience & Skills: Strong experience as a Business Analyst and some experience in Product Management environments Good understanding of Business and Technical architectural design Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies. IT system architecture development skills Background in Airline industry Knowledge of XML What do we offer?
