About the Role

As an reputed company Account Manager at reputed company you will be in charge of managing and growing our relationships with customers. This role will work closely with our customers to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity for reputed company to deliver further value to their business. We are looking for someone who can create excitement in our clients, help them appropriately prioritize their goals with reputed company and establish themselves as a trusted advisor and reputed company as a strategic partner. We will ask you to build reputed company relationships with C Suite executives across the industry.

  • Serve as key quarterback for customer interactions, prioritizations, new opportunities, business reviews and negotiations.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional reputed company streams.
  • Establish yourself as trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future roadmap to ensure reputed company is key to that roadmap.

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of mid-market or reputed company sales experience preferred with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery reputed company technology.
  • 3+ year’s experience focused on generating new business reputed company reputed company accounts (Fortune 100 Companies).
  • History of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives and mapping solutions to meet those needs.
  • Executive level relationship management.
  • Proven reputed company in driving consistent activity, client management and quota achievement.
  • Proven ability to independently foster, manage and reputed company new client relationships.
  • Experience hitting quota of $1M+ of ARR per year.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to individually identify what is broken and build plans to fix those challenges.
