Job Description

The Office of Sponsored Programs at Virginia Tech is seeking a Post Award Team reputed company - Sponsored Agreements Management to serve as the first-line manager for reputed company non-financial post award management and final closeout of sponsored research awards. The reputed company will provide professional administrative management of personnel and reputed company grants, reputed company, and cooperative agreements. The reputed company will be responsible for portfolio management of awarded sponsored programs ensuring Virginia Tech policies and procedures are following reputed company federal, state, and other sponsor rules and regulations, and responsible for adding or revising policies and procedures as needed. Management of sponsored awards includes: contact with the sponsor to request prior approval, facilitating rebudgeting, obtaining no-cost approval, managing reputed company cost-sharing requirements, managing program income, subrecipient monitoring including closeout of subrecipient, receipt of contract release and award closeout. The team reputed company will also serve as the technical administrator of various sponsor systems accessed by the Post Award Team for Non-Financial Management to accomplish prior approval requests, reputed company report submission, vendor setup on sponsor systems, in a timely and compliant manner. This responsibility also includes role/access maintenance, user administration, and certification. Team leaders are also responsible for exercising sound decision-making and problem-solving and for assisting in the development of administrative procedures to reputed company with regulations affecting governmental and industry-sponsored agreements. Team Leaders provide leadership for research administration, foster teamwork and collaboration, and demonstrate high commitment to customer service by applying skills and experience to research administration and ensuring compliance with federal, state, other sponsor, and university regulations and guidelines. The Grants and Contract Management Team reputed company provides aid to reputed company departments reputed company OSP and acts as a liaison with the sponsor. This position may also include supervisory responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree. ● Grants administration experience in a research or academic environment. ● Demonstrated reputed company and budgeting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant research administration certification such as CRA (Certified Research Administrator) or CFRA (Certified Financial Research Administrator) or completed reputed company 6 months.

● Previous supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and independent initiative. ● Work experience with federal and non-federal grant and contact regulations.

Salary Information

Commensurate with experience, starting at $80,000

Additional Information

This position is eligible for an onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangement, which will require the completion of a telework agreement in accordance with Policy 4325, Alternative Work Site and Telework Policy. The final work arrangement will be confirmed upon hire.

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction reputed company.
