About The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to design, build, and own the systems that power our reputed company reputed company. This is a technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, growth, and operations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company to streamline workflows, scale processes, and accelerate our go-to-market reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and implementation of AI-powered tools that support Sales, Marketing, and reputed company workflows

• Build and maintain automated systems that summarize customer interactions, surface risks and opportunities, and drive follow-up actions throughout our various platforms

• reputed company and reputed company AI-enabled workflows that enhance forecasting, pipeline management and reputed company, and rep coaching across the GTM organization

• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that give reputed company-time visibility into GTM performance, pipeline health, and key workflow metrics

• Ensure data reputed company, system performance, and cross-platform integrations that power end-to-end GTM automation

• Partner closely with GTM and RevOps leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities

• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or operational role - could be in RevOps, product, engineering, or any role where you built and owned internal systems or workflows

• Comfortable writing scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and querying data with SQL

• Experience integrating tools reputed company APIs, webhooks, or platforms like reputed company or reputed company

• Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating reputed company work, and owning projects end-to-end

• Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action and iteration

• Effective collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS - even without prior GTM experience

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $140,000–$170,000.  EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
