About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving the full user growth lifecycle for Helix, from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reputed company to new audiences. You’ll be part of our Marketing Team, working closely with Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that promote our cutting-edge blockchain products.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement.  

  • Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, and retention.

  • Work closely with the Product team to understand and clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.

  • Conduct market research to position our products effectively, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Product team to identify and track key growth KPIs.

  • Build onboarding flows, email drips, and in-app campaigns to improve activation and retention.

  • Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.

  • Engage with crypto communities to increase awareness and product adoption.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace and strategic growth opportunities.

  • Translate growth insights into actionable roadmaps and priorities.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field is preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing reputed company the reputed company or crypto space.

  • Deep understanding of trading, crypto culture, trends, and user behavior.

  • Experience developing growth strategies specifically for DEXs or crypto exchanges.

  • Proven track record of driving user growth through measurable strategies.

  • Experience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels.

  • Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns reputed company with product goals.

  • Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Understanding of reputed company user behavior and experience onboarding both crypto-native and new-to-crypto audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
