Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-reputed company experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a reputed company Manager, or Business Consulting experience focused on reputed company.

Requirements

• This is a leadership role that will report to the Senior Manager, Pricing & RM Technology.
• You will have 5-7 direct reports and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
• You will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office.
• You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video reputed company reputed company, with possible periodic travel in-person to our offices.

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $124,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
