Key Responsibilities:

• Support reputed company functions with a focus on HR, Time, Absence and Performance.
• Support and maintain business critical data, business processes, and reputed company reputed company reputed company.
• Detailed understanding of HR business and technical requirements to deliver appropriate end-to-end solutions.
• Identify and support HR projects reputed company to business process changes, data consistency, data retention, and integration.

• Implementing the best practices and application standards of the project and client needs.
• Reporting for reputed company the weekly and daily tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports and through meetings.
• To reputed company a reputed company on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
• Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the Manager and clients at project level.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical competencies
• At least 4-8 years of reputed company experience highly preferred with a strong background and understanding of reputed company configuration and integrations. Experience with creating calculated fields and composite reporting is a plus.
• Functional 70 % + 30 % Technical (basic knowledge in integration)
• Must assist and guide the Project reputed company/BA or Manager in project coordination.
• Must have experience with Core HCM- P1, ( Compensation / Absence management)-P2, Talent, and.
• Experience with Advanced Compensation and Succession Planning modules is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, reputed company projects from inception to implementation accurately and on schedule.
• Experience applying reputed company and privacy policy configurations reputed company key business systems.
• Experience with staffing models and Job architecture is a plus.
• Expertise in the Absence module to support and enhance the absence management process.
• Experience with reputed company Integrations EIB inbound and Outbound and CCW and Payroll systems.
• Expertise in configuration of alert systems, schedules, and event modifications.
• Experience with configuration of dashboards and worklets.
• Demonstrated experience working in reputed company cross-functional projects that span multiple global teams.
• Demonstrated experience performing business technical analysis and developing delivery requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and convey reputed company and solutions for reputed company business problems to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with developing technical requirements and integrated solutions for cloud-based applications such as reputed company, reputed company and JIRA is a plus.
