About the Role

The District Student Services Facilitator will work collaboratively with school personnel, parents, community agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to student success. This will involve analyzing data to identify areas of need, developing and implementing targeted interventions, and providing support to reputed company and families to help them overcome challenges and reputed company their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with at-risk youth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years of work experience or education working with at-risk youth
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing school-wide supports and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply
