We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Survey Research Interviewer (Spanish) to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in conducting surveys with respondents, gathering valuable insights, and contributing to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scripted multiple-choice surveys over the phone, utilizing outbound call management technology and accurately recording responses using a CATI system
  • Engage positively with respondents, remaining neutral and unbiased, and respond to their questions and concerns in a professional manner
  • Complete all training activities and follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure high-quality data collection
  • Utilize refusal avoidance techniques to ensure survey completion and maintain standards for quality and production
  • Be receptive to constructive feedback and implement changes to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of work experience
  • Fluency in reading and writing in Spanish and English
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated active listening skills and ability to navigate survey systems while accurately entering data
  • Clear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
  • Computer literacy skills, including keyboard skills, data entry, and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to work a set schedule to meet project objectives, including a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
  • Prior experience as a survey research interviewer and experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person are strongly preferred
