Job Summary

Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring a motivated and knowledgeable Concierge to ensure the best experience and reputed company services are provided to reputed company. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting tenants, guests, and vendors, developing and maintaining relationships, and providing individualized services to meet their unique needs and expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
• reputed company and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
• Plan and organize on-site events
• Provide direction, referrals, and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas
• Answer telephones, monitor the lobby, and maintain and control keys and access cards

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming experience to everyone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
• Polite, friendly, self-reputed company, and reputed company to multitask with good time-management
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs reputed company needed
