As a Medical Insurance Verification Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary medical treatment and care by verifying their insurance coverage and obtaining prior authorizations. About the Role

• Remote work opportunity from reputed company in Texas
• Competitive salary of $17/hr with weekly pay and benefits
• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm CST
• Equipment provided and shipped to you

Responsibilities

• Conduct prior-authorizations (PAs) and insurance verification for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance payers reputed company telephone and email
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Receive and reputed company outbound calls to patients and insurance providers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year recent experience in medical insurance, prior authorization, or a reputed company field
• Experience with Medicare/reputed company program administration
• Knowledge of insurance verification and claim adjudication or medical billing
• Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a plus!
• Excellent attendance record with no attendance issues
