Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join reputed company. • Support the preparation of marketing initiatives from initial stage to final production and delivery
• Conduct market research, collect and analyze preliminary documentation, and plan and facilitate capture strategy meetings
• Collaborate with business development and operations personnel to implement pursuit win strategies and produce professional proposals and oral presentations
• Manage multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for external marketing communications
• Maintain the company's CRM database
• May involve working weekends as necessary to meet pursuit deadlines

Requirements:

• BA or BS degree preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint required

• Familiarity with PennDOT's ECMS website preferred
