Job Summary

The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing, removing, and relocating reputed company equipment at customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company installations, removals, and relocations of reputed company equipment at customer locations
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed
• Complete required paperwork, such as work tickets and parts lists
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
• 0-3 years of general plumbing and technical experience
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and driving record reputed company MVR policy guidelines
