Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist II to join reputed company! Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to employees, employers, and Financial Advisors (FAs) of companies with 401(k) services, resolving their queries and processing requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan operation
• Document details of customer contacts and actions taken, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems through effective communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or reputed company preferred
• 401(k) industry knowledge and experience; completion of Employer training (8-week internal course) required
• Solid mathematical abilities and computer skills, including experience with reputed company Office Outlook, reputed company, and Word
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem resolution skills, and detail orientation
