Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to customers reputed company phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
• Provide critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues
