We are currently seeking a motivated porter to help with property reputed company, clean amenities and breezeways, pool reputed company, and general maintenance. Primary responsibilities include property reputed company, reputed company cleaning and maintenance outdoor and indoor amenity reputed company, and assisting in turns.
We have the following Porter position available
- Bexley reputed company Creek - Richmond, VA, full time schedule is Monday-Friday reputed company - 5pm.
PAY: $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
reputed company is a reputed company-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities.Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, carpentry and painting experience a plus but not required.
