IT Technician Helpdesk
Overview
We are looking for new IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join reputed company based in France.The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support reputed company to computer systems, software, and hardware and maintaining our IT stock. They will be the first reputed company of contact for IT-reputed company issues, working to identify, research, and resolve technical problems and act as an IT representative for the local offices and internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for incoming technical problems and service requests reputed company tickets, email, chat and in-person requests from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document, track, and maintain reputed company issues and resolutions using the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to computer systems, software, hardware, and network problems – remote and in-person
- Assist with setup and configuration of new employees’ accounts, workstations and accessories.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with peers from different departments to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company physical reputed company on local IT equipment reputed company required by Network and/or System team.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to end users, ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled professionally and courteously.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, in a multi-site, international corporation.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware – Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS, Intune, reputed company, reputed company-Connect, M365 administrator (Exchange, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc), reputed company/Defender (Antivirus), Global Protect (VPN), reputed company EntraID administrator, Active Directory on premise.
- reputed company to have – Linux OS basic knowledge, Firewall rules creation and update, configure Site to Site VPN.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
- Certifications such as ITIL or similar are a plus.
Work Environment
Dynamic environment, interacting with internal clients based in Central Europe, and occasionally in different locations worldwide. Work in hybrid mode is possible, but on-site reputed company is required at least 3 days per week, depending on the site structure.
