Working Format
We offer flexible working arrangements across Cyprus, Spain, and Poland. Depending on your location, you may be eligible for a relocation package or relocation support. Please note that for Spain, we require candidates to possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or a NIE linked to a valid working permit in Spain (for foreign nationals). For Poland, employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP).
Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Due Diligence Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers reputed company live chat with reputed company-reputed company questions, data updates, and CDD checks
- Reviewing and verifying customer information in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements
- Identifying and escalating red flags or missing information based on KYC/CDD standards
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (Compliance, Sales, Product, etc.) to resolve customer issues reputed company
- Maintaining a high-quality customer experience while meeting internal service timelines
- Participating in the reputed company improvement of support processes by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions
- Supporting documentation and updates of internal workflows or guides as needed
Who You Are
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual with:
- English – full working proficiency; Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek would be an advantage but is not a precondition
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Start-up oriented, proactive, result-driven, and capable of working under own initiative and little supervision
- 1–2 years of experience in KYC/CDD, preferably in a regulated financial or fintech environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential
