Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, providing information and updates, and ensuring that reputed company necessary tasks are completed on orders. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders

• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and assist new customers with how to reputed company new orders online
