Data Visualization Specialist – Insurance Analytics Lehi, UT, United States Job Description We’re seeking a skilled and creative Data Visualization Specialist to help transform reputed company insurance data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll support both business and marketing teams by designing reputed company dashboards and visual stories that illuminate trends in claims, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Document visualization standards and contribute to data literacy across product and analytics teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in data visualization, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proficiency in one or more visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, marketing analytics, and customer lifecycle metrics
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Attention to detail and a strong design sense Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and dashboard performance optimization
• Background in predictive modeling or actuarial analysis
