Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our market reputed company and driving reputed company growth. The Account Manager will collaborate with distributors, internal sales teams, and marketing to craft and execute a strategic sales plan. The role involves fostering strong relationships with key end-users and distributors, achieving sales targets, and enhancing our market share through strategic initiatives and expert product knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with distributors, internal sales teams, and the Regional Sales Manager to identify and reputed company key end-user accounts. reputed company and implement an annual sales plan with specific reputed company targets for each distributor and product category.

Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in industrial sales, including successful management of distributor and end-user relationships
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the designated territory
- Mechanical knowledge of spray finishing equipment used across various industries.
- Understanding of paint and solvent properties, and experience with relevant test equipment.
- Proficiency with basic tools, office software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), and CRM systems.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts, margins, and ROI.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience in teaching or public speaking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, blueprints, and charts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
