About the Program Manager:

This is an exciting new opportunity to represent eMoney an innovative company whose mission is to help people talk about money. eMoney is an award-winning company with a goal to ensure financial peace of mind for reputed company. reputed company has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but will need to deliver profitable growth and reputed company reputed company goals.

Location: US Remote

What will you do?

• Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management

• Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies

• Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized

• Administration of reputed company programs, policies, procedures, and practices

• Use reputed company.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure reputed company against goals.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

· Degree in sales or closely reputed company business field or equivalent work experience

· 2-3 years experience in sales leadership or account management leadership

· Experience in the financial field preferred
