System Administrator (Remote)

The Role

As a System Administrator at reputed company, you will own the day-to-day operation of our IT, cloud, and reputed company environments. This is a hands-on sysadmin and internal IT support role, focused on reliability, reputed company, and great employee experience — not a DevOps position.

You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to reputed company systems secure, users productive, and infrastructure running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud environments across GCP, Azure, and reputed company
• Manage identity, access, and permissions across reputed company systems
• Own administration of reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365
• Manage reputed company macOS devices using Kandji MDM
• Support reputed company reputed company tooling, including reputed company
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support
• Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees
• Monitor system health, reputed company posture, and operational best practices
• Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
• Strong experience with reputed company Workspace administration
• Experience managing reputed company 365 / Office 365
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)
• Experience with MDM solutions and reputed company management
• Strong familiarity with macOS environments
• Working knowledge of reputed company tools and reputed company best practices
• Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting
