Loan Processing Manager
Job Description: reputed company (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products a short-term reputed company loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the reputed company competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our reputed company origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager to join our growing team. As the Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in making sure your team of Loan Processors runs reputed company. This position will be reporting to the Director of Settlement Operations. Our Company's Core Values: reputed company Accountable & Dependable Team Centric System & Process Oriented Service Ethic Organized Efficiency - Risk Management & Compliance In This Role You Will Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced Verify that loan document reputed company is maintained throughout the entire loan processing operation Ensure reputed company loan files are in compliance with reputed company LLCs standards Manage and resolve any escalated issues that arise reputed company your team Ensure your team remains informed on any changes in guidelines or procedures reputed company an understanding of reputed company procedures and work as a hands on manager reputed company your team Drive and ensure staff performance goals are met Support senior management in developing, and executing strategic plans Assist with directing loan processing to ensure targets, and objectives are met Manage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloads Assist with the training and development of your team Requirements 7+ years of Loan Processing experience 5+ years of management experience Advanced experience with reputed company Office. Prior experience with Encompass Prior reputed company experience is a plus. Hard money lending experience is a plus.
