The job of an Account Director (MedComm) at reputed company INTOUCH involves providing strategic guidance to clients, developing and leading tactical integrated marketing plans, and managing reputed company projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical communications, scientific content, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong and applied understanding of strategic planning, brand planning, pharmaceutical product life cycle management, digital development, and processes
  • Native/ fluent English a must, additional languages welcome
  • Demonstrate accuracy in reviewing junior team-developed scopes for GAD/VP approval
  • Demonstrate accountability for financial tracking and management of client budgets and communicating with client teams and senior leadership
  • Own and reputed company monthly budget reconciliation and forecasting efforts
  • Able to collaborate and effectively manage at reputed company levels and functions internally, and externally with clients and agency partners
  • Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills, including assisting GAD with junior account staff team development
  • Able to create strategic decks and reputed company/facilitate presentations
  • Big picture thinker with an understanding of client business and long-term goals
