- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification - desirable
- Someone who appreciates the depths of agile practices and principles and can help teams appreciate them, too.
- Someone who has faced big challenges, organizational impediments, and is able to identify what Scrum Masters stance to apply given a situation in the course of addressing them.
- Someone who can help management at reputed company levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile.
- Someone who has brought reputed company from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation, theater, and more to help a team become a high-performance team.
